I created this musical sketch in the fall, in early November ’21 in my atelier.
At that time the trees just lost their leaves, which, just before it became gray and foggy outside, shined in extremely colorful and varied colors. They were shining from the window into the studio.
At the same time, this picture is influenced by tones that have been coming out of the heating in my studio for years. In this picture they occur two times and form quiet background areas around 300 Hz.
The piece begins very quietly.
This version is mixed for bigger speakers, or for a very silent space with a good, solid sound system. When there is just a bit of additional inside- or outside noise, some frequencies are perhaps not hearable.
